My new hair style

Do you like my new hair style? when you meet me, I would like to tell you that funny story with my hair. I am very sure that you can't control your big laugh.

When I was 5 years old. I started to learn to play Pingpong. Now, I am 65. Still to love to play it.

No snow, No winter clothes,No cold wind.....
This time was As same as in Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica, California,B,C. Newfounland, Hong Kong and Ont's lakeshore.......I kept to do my Tai Chi ,Fencing and long walk at the morning time at the beach. The exercises of my life are very importance as the food..........
I shell send my thankful to my Tai Chi teacher Judy Cheng who was teaching me to know how to do this Chinese exercise by 6 years ago in Cuba.
Sturdy to stand sa same as the horse. Standing by one leg for one minute. Like the crane.Hold the earth.
