This time was As same as in Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica, California,B,C. Newfounland, Hong Kong and Ont's lakeshore.......I kept to do my Tai Chi ,Fencing and long walk at the morning time at the beach. The exercises of my life are very importance as the food..........
I shell send my thankful to my Tai Chi teacher Judy Cheng who was teaching me to know how to do this Chinese exercise by 6 years ago in Cuba.
